When making a purchase, ActiveBambino accepts all the major credit cards, including Amex, Switch, Visa, Mastercard and Eurocard. We also accept all cards carrying the Visa or Mastercard logo. Please enter all card relevant details where applicable. Please be aware that some newer switch cards do not have ISSUE numbers. In these cases please use all other details including the security digits on the reverse of the card.
If you wish to make payment by an alternative method please call or e-mail us, and we will endeavour to meet your requirements.

Cancellation
We know that sometimes you may want to cancel your order and we'd like to make it as easy as possible. If you are not happy with any purchase for any reason, you can return it, and we will replace or refund it immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights. Lime Tree World Limited does not offer a free return service unless the goods are faulty or sent out incorrectly, in which case we will refund the postage on receipt of the parcel. We aim to process cancellations within days of receiving the goods.
